Boston Night

Here I am back in the city. It really is pretty sometimes. I just finished teaching a course for a bunch of high schoolers. I was super impressed at their performance abd how attentive they were in spite of the fact that they were expected to pay attention much longer than they would ever be asked in a typical high school day.

I again went to Grasshopper in Allston, the food was very good and this tike i went with the sponsors. Excellent people who were fun to hang out with after a long day of teaching. I told them, as I have told many people over the years that i really am a bottomless pit when it comes to eating. They were skeptical, but i think they came around after i finished up all the leftover appetizers, ate the salad, finished tv leftover dinners from what they couldn’t finish and then ordered the vegan cheesecake. Incidentally the vegan cheesecake with blueberry is excellent, and I highly reccomend it.

This is the drive back to the place I’m staying right now. It just looked really pretty and I was glad to have a camera at the ready. Thanks to the sponsors and the folks who put me up for the weekend, It really was a great time.
