Vegans Eat More Food

Amity had a craving for chinese, so we went to the Chinese Restaurant in Rumsford, ME. Okay, it was pretty good, but perhaps not the most vegan-friendly of restaurants. The Veggie Chow Mein was tasty, though I could have stood a bit less white sauce. As you an see, what she ordered was not vegan. It was also a ton of food. The Chow Mein was considerably less food, but until you’ve had first hand experience with one of us crazy vegans, you just can’t know. I eat a ton of food.

If you run a restaurant that serves vegans, just know that we can pack in the food like you wouldn’t believe. My friends can attest to it.

Had a great time with Amity and her friend today, even if we seem to be in slightly different time zones for the moment. We walked all over town and had some split pea soup I made over there about a month ago. It kept really well.

I’m glad I made it out there.
